At the core of the game are tasks, given out continuously by the Terminal - a unique device and algorithm developed by us.
Tasks can be for one, two, or more team members. They initiate unusual conversations, creative challenges, funny and performative moments.
In addition to individual tasks, the Terminal’s voice announces group activities, connecting your team as a whole while gradually breaking the ice.
A game is divided into different phases, each one containing unique challenges.
The tasks are given out privately: each member can decide how to interpret and follow them.
We make sure to open opportunities for communication, without putting anyone on the spot.
Each team member is given a number and a wristband.
The Terminal - our unique device, calls the participants to receive their tasks. Scanning their wristbands reveals the instruction.
The set of instructions used by the Terminal is fully customizable:
you can add conversation topics and activities that directly relate to your company, recent projects or major events.
The event is available in different lengths (1.5-4 hours) and for different group sizes. The content is also customized based on your team: how well they know each other, how open they are or how shy.
We help everyone to break the ice in the own pace.
The event can be held directly at your office, or at one of our exclusive locations in Berlin.
